Quality Control: Every Check Between Steel and Shipment
ISO 9001 process control, CE marking, CNAS and BV inspection
Incoming material
Steel, panels, insulation and fittings are checked against the order specification on arrival, and non-conforming material is rejected before production.
In-process checks
Frame dimensions, panel joints, glazing seals and electrical routing are inspected at each stage, with photo records kept for the buyer.
Final inspection
Before loading, every module is powered up, water-tested and dimension-checked, and the packing list is verified module by module.
Third-party inspection
Buyers can appoint SGS, BV, Intertek or another inspection company. We arrange access, sample units and documentation for the inspection.
