Frequently Asked Questions About Container Houses
MOQ, lead time, installation, shipping and payment
What is the minimum order quantity?
One unit is enough for a sample order. For export efficiency most buyers order a full container load.
What is the lead time?
Standard modules are produced in the timeframe confirmed on the proforma invoice; the exact figure depends on the configuration and the quantity in the queue at the time of order.
Can you install on site?
We supply assembly drawings, video guidance and, where the project requires it, an installation supervisor. Local labour normally performs the assembly.
What payment terms do you accept?
Normally a deposit with the balance before shipment, confirmed per order. Terms are stated on the proforma invoice.
