Welding, panel assembly, fit-out and load-out under one roof
Production process
Production runs through five stages: steel frame welding → panel and insulation assembly → doors, windows and glazing → interior fit-out and electrics → inspection, wrapping and loading.
Photos of each stage are taken for the buyer's file. Before loading, every unit is powered up and tested, and the loading sequence is photographed so that the buyer can match modules to the installation plan.
Quality control points
- Frame dimension and diagonal check before panelling
- Insulation thickness and panel joint inspection
- Electrical continuity and earth test
- Water test on bathrooms and wet areas
- Pre-shipment photo record and packing list check
