Key features
Panoramic curved glazing
Laminated tempered glass frontage with aluminium frame — the defining feature of the capsule range.
Hotel-grade wet room
Shower, WC, basin and water heater fitted in a sealed pod, drained through the floor.
Smart electrics
Scene lighting, A/C, water heater and socket circuits wired to a single distribution board.
Sited without concrete
Level pads or screw piles are enough; the steel base frame carries the load.
Two sleeping rooms
Two private rooms plus a shared living area — sold as a twin-key or family unit.
Same 11.5 m footprint
Same transport footprint as the one-bedroom capsule, so site planning does not change.
Overview
The two-bedroom space capsule takes the panoramic capsule shell and stretches it to hold two sleeping rooms, a living area and a full bathroom. It is the unit for family stays, twin-key resort plots and premium site accommodation where two people need separate rooms without losing the capsule look.
Layout
- Entry lobby with a shoe and luggage bench
- Living area under the curved panoramic glazing
- Two sleeping rooms, each with a bed, wardrobe and reading lights
- Bathroom with shower, WC, basin and a glass screen
- Kitchenette with sink, hob and fridge space
- Split A/C in each room, LED lighting, sockets and USB points
The curved glass frontage is the defining feature: it runs the length of the living area and continues into the first sleeping room, so the view is the wall. The shell is a steel frame with insulated composite panels; the interior is finished with laminate flooring, painted board and a fabric or timber wall panel.
Foundation and services
The capsule needs a level concrete slab or screw-pile base sized to the footprint, with service entries for water, waste and power at one end. Because the unit is 11.5 metres long, check crane access to the plot before ordering; where access is tight, the capsule can be delivered in two sections and joined on site.
What we need to quote
Send the plot layout, the number of keys, whether the two rooms are en-suite or share a bathroom, the destination port and the electrical standard. We reply with a floor plan, a foundation note and a loading plan.
