Prefab housing fails on the details: the wrong electrical standard, a layout that will not fit the container, a module that cannot be lifted on site. We close those gaps before production starts.

Drawing approval before production
Layout, electrical standard and loading plan are confirmed with your signature before the first steel profile is cut.

Finished in the factory, not on site
Bathrooms, kitchenettes, flooring and electrics are installed and tested under our roof, so site work is limited to lifting and connections.

Photo record at every stage
Welding, panelling, fit-out, testing and container loading are photographed for your file before shipment.

Third-party inspection welcome
SGS, BV, Intertek or your own QC team can inspect in our workshop — we arrange access, samples and documentation.

Questions buyers ask first
Before you request a quote
What is your minimum order quantity?
One unit is enough for a sample order. For export efficiency most buyers order a full container load, and we will advise the loading quantity for the model you choose.
How long is production and delivery?
Production lead time is confirmed on the proforma invoice and depends on configuration and the current queue. Shipments normally leave from Qingdao port, a few hours from our factory.
Can the house be built to US / EU electrical standards?
Yes. Wiring, sockets, breakers and voltage are produced to the destination standard (US 110V, EU 220V, AU, UK) and tested before loading.
Do you support OEM and custom layouts?
Yes — layout, facade, colour, glazing and branding can all be specified. Send your drawings or describe the application and we return a layout proposal with the quotation.
