Key features

Knocked down for freight

Panels and frames nest into a compact pack, so a 40HQ carries several modules instead of one built unit.

Bolted on site

Four corner bolts per joint; a two-person crew closes a module in a few hours with hand tools.

Galvanised steel frame

Welded frame with corner castings, so units can be craned, stacked and later relocated.

Stackable to three levels

Corner castings and connector plates allow two and three storey blocks with external stairs.

Six modules per 40HQ

Standard 20ft module: the highest loading count in the flat pack range, which is what decides your freight cost per m².

Camp proven detail

Corner casting, walkway bracket and stair positions are already drilled for camp assembly.

Overview

This is the workhorse of the container house range: a rectangular module that ships folded flat so that several units fit into one container. On site the panels are unfolded and locked with bolts, and every module arrives with insulation, electrics and flooring already in place.

Units can be joined long side to long side, or stacked up to three levels with a steel access platform. It is the most cost-efficient option for labour camps, site offices and canteens.
