What is the difference between flat pack and folding container houses?

Short answer

Flat pack container houses ship as disassembled panels and are assembled on site, while folding container houses ship with walls hinged to the floor and roof, so they unfold quickly. Folding units install faster and are more relocatable, but flat packs usually cost less and pack more densely for export.
