Expandable container house vs flat pack container house: which is better?

Need this answered for your project? Send the site location and quantity — you get a written answer and a quotation.
Short answer

Expandable container houses deliver more floor area per shipped unit than flat pack houses because they unfold on site, but flat pack units are cheaper per square metre and require more labour to assemble. Choose expandable for fast deployment and space; choose flat pack for cost-sensitive projects with available labour.
