The compact capsule is a single pod for one or two guests, the panoramic version adds a full-height glazed end for views, and the two-bedroom version is a larger shell with a partition and a fitted wet core. Choose compact for density, panoramic for premium sites with a view, and two-bedroom where a family or a staff pair needs separate rooms.
Capsule units sell an experience, and the experience is mostly glass and shape. That has structural and thermal consequences which decide the model and the price.

Design decisions that matter
- Orientation: face the glazing away from the afternoon sun or specify solar control glass; cooling load follows glass area.
- Privacy: plan the spacing and the planting before the layout is fixed; a glass front on a shared path is a complaint.
- Structure: large openings interrupt the shear path, so the frame needs bracing designed for the site wind load.
- Services: the two-bedroom unit needs a wet core with proper fall and venting; retrofitting one is not practical.
Hospitality economics
Rate per night rises faster with view and finish than with floor area. That favours the panoramic model on a good site and the compact model on a dense one. The two-bedroom version earns more per square metre when the market is families or when staff accommodation is needed alongside guest units.
