How We Manufacture Container Houses, Step by Step
From steel coil to a finished, tested module
1. Steel frame
Galvanized steel profiles are cut, welded and squared. Corner castings are positioned to ISO container dimensions so the module can be lifted and lashed like a container.
2. Panel and insulation
Sandwich panels are fixed to the frame with the specified insulation core (EPS, rock wool or PU) and thickness. Joints are sealed before the next stage.
3. Openings and glazing
Doors, windows and panoramic glazing are fitted with the seals and flashings required for the destination climate.
4. Interior fit-out
Flooring, ceiling, kitchen, bathroom, sanitary ware, lighting and sockets are installed. Electrics follow the destination standard (US / EU / AU / UK).
5. Test, wrap and load
Each unit is powered and water-tested, then wrapped, labelled and loaded according to the loading plan issued with the shipping documents.
