Overview
Most site offices are bought as an empty box and fitted out locally, which adds weeks to the programme and produces a result that rarely matches the drawing. This expandable site office leaves the factory already fitted: reception counter, workstations, meeting table, kitchenette and WC installed, wired and tested.

Partitions are set on the drawing: the reception faces the entrance, the open office sits on the wing side for daylight, and the meeting room is enclosed on the fixed centre section. Where the client has a standard furniture schedule, we can leave the joinery out and provide the shell only.
Why expandable rather than flat pack for an office
An office needs floor area and a good appearance in roughly equal measure. The expandable format doubles the width on site, so a 20ft transport slot delivers a 35 m² room with a glazed wing frontage — without the internal columns that a joined flat pack assembly would need, and without the site works of a two-module build.
